A local GP Centre helping Central Liverpool communities to reconnect with their local greenspaces, nature, health and food.
01 / The problem
Vauxhall Health Centre sits in a part of Liverpool where health outcomes are closely tied to environment, income, and access. The centre wanted to move beyond clinical appointments and help patients connect with local greenspaces, food projects, and nature-based activities that support preventative health.
The challenge was showing how a GP practice can become a gateway to community wellbeing — without overstating the role of the film or the centre itself.
02 / Our approach
We filmed in and around the centre, capturing conversations with staff, patients, and community partners about what access to green space and fresh food actually looks like in practice.
The edit keeps the focus on lived experience rather than messaging, so the film can travel between clinical meetings, community events, and funder conversations.
03 / The outcome
A film that helps the centre explain its wider role in community health to patients, partners, and funders.
The project now has a visible record of how primary care can connect people with the places and networks that support long-term wellbeing.

Sensitive and powerful. The quotes from the different perspectives work well, the professionals and the community members.
